You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped for a full refund. Once your order has entered the shipping process, our standard return policy will apply. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible with your order number. We process cancellation requests within 24 hours during business days (Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST). Refunds for canceled orders will be issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days after processing your cancellation request.
We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with all original packaging and tags intact. You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase with your return. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product).
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you are returning an item over $75, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If you haven't received your refund within the specified timeframe, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
